Do I need to make an appointment?

No, but it doesn't hurt. Clients with appointments have priority of our time and attention. Coming in without an appointment doesn’t guarantee you the same time and attention we’d like to give to you.

Appointments can be made by:

I have an appointment, how can I come prepared?

To get the most from your experience, we suggest bringing any plans you have, and samples of things you’ve already chosen, wall color, counter top, cabinet color, etc. If you’re remodeling, photos of your existing space are helpful. Have your inspiration pictures ready!


Do you do job site visits?

Yes! Job site visits can be scheduled, but based on location there may be an associated trip fee. Please inquire with your location.


Do you stock any tile?

We do not! Any tiles in our showroom are samples.


Do you make the tile?

No, our tiles are handmade from different artist and vendors all over the U.S.


Is there a charge for samples?

We happily loan our in stock samples for you to be able to take home and view in your space, with a two week return policy. . If we need to order a certain sample, there may be a charge.


How long will my tiles take?

Lead times vary on what factory your tiles are coming from, how custom your project is, and the size of your project. A majority of our handmade tiles take between 4 - 8 weeks.
